The relationship between what we do for a living  and how we live is an intriguing thing. My passion for art, beautiful objects, fashion, food and theatre is what propelled me to create a blog that would allow me to share and develop my creativity. So, it only makes sense (at least for me) that I chose a theatrical term to be the title of my blog. "Mise-en-scene", is a French term that means "placing on stage" (do you see what I've done here). Taking an artistic licence I dropped an "e" in order to create my own unique take on the term.

So my blog is a collection of images, moments that reflect a real lifestyle on a real life budget, tips and practical advice for women of all ages. As a drama graduate and as an actress it is important for me to embrace all facets of my life and it was important to include "acting tips" on the blog.  Any actors or actresses out there please share your insights.
