It feels good to be back. Long time no see, like, really long time.
There is a very good reason why I've been MIA for such a long time, I will expand upon that another time.

Today I would like to talk about Vibrational Frequency and ways on how to raise our vibration.
What is Vibrational Frequency, you may ask?
Everything in the universe is energy. All of this energy vibrates on different frequencies. Every person has their own vibration.
Your vibration is your personal energy. It is the energy that surrounds and permeates every cell in your body and it is special only to you.


Here is a list of ways on how we can raise our vibration and feel better:
.  Nurture yourself with healthy and wholesome food.
. Change your thoughts, you need to consciously choose to align yourself to what makes you feel good.
. Move, walking, dancing, running, stretching. It doesn't really matter, as long as you start doing it.
. Sun and air, ten minutes of sunshine and fresh air.
. Surround yourself with people who will help you to stay balanced and support you to evolve.
