How to make an Advent Calendar

 

 

 

Happy 1st of December!



Do you guys believe it's December already? wow, how time flies.

Just a little blog post today. I created a DIY Advent Calendar for my youngest daughter Talullah, I think it came out pretty good, what do you guys think?

 

       You will need:

• One stick
• 1.5 metres of fabric
• String
• Small chocolate or whatever you want to put inside
• Foliage or Christmas ornaments
• Pencil
• Compass   
• Pins                

 

1. Draw a circle with the compass on a paper and cut around it. This paper circle will become the pattern for you to cut 25 fabric circles.
2. Put the chocolate in the centre of the fabric and tie it with the string creating a small pouch.
3. You can decorate however you want. I used small pines corns and pine tree foliage.
4. Hang it on the wall.

 

And voilla! A very easy and enjoyable Christmas project. Oh, and Talullah loved it!
