Green Smoothie


Hi everybody, happy Thursday. Do you like smothies? I absolutely love them, but I must confess that I normally prefer fruit smoothies. This will be a first (combining vegetables with fruit).

A detox smoothie works wonders to cleanse your body and it's really good, if you want to kickstart a diet or want to pursue a more healthier lifestyle. With no further ado, I present to you my green smoothie.




Ingredients:

1 cup kale
1 Granny Smith apple
1 banana
1 cup parsley leaves
The Lemon was just for decoration :)

Combine all the ingredients together 2 1/4 water and blend until smooth. Humm.... delicious, enjoy.
